In accordance with Meta Platform Rules, users who connect their Instagram accounts to IGENT by CGS 360 have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of their data at any time.
Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
Click on Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
Find IGENT by CGS 360 and click Remove.
Check the box to request that Facebook delete all data generated by this app.
You will receive a Confirmation Code from Facebook.
