IGENT by CGS 360 ("we", "our", or "platform") provides Instagram automation, direct message orchestration, and content publishing services exclusively through Meta Platforms, Inc.'s official Graph API and Instagram Messaging API. We strictly adhere to Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. Meta Platform Data Handling

When you connect your Instagram Professional Account via Facebook Login or Instagram Business Login, we receive access tokens and scoped profile data. We strictly enforce:

AES-256-GCM Encryption: All access tokens are encrypted at rest with tenant-salted keys.
Zero Data Reselling: We do not sell, rent, or transfer Meta User Data to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
24-Hour Messaging Policy: Automated direct messages are dispatched strictly within the active 24-hour customer engagement window.

3. Data Deletion & Retention

Users can request immediate erasure of all account tokens, logs, and messages by visiting our Data Deletion Request Page or revoking permissions inside Facebook Settings > Business Integrations.
